Evening Chaps,

After enjoying some great Sphere pics taken from my Mavic Air with no issue, I just can't seem to get the same desired effect when using my Mavic Pro, they always come out extremely faint like the white balance is off. Anybody else had similar issues?

Any solutions found?

Hi there. Thanks for reaching out DJI forum. You can manually change the camera settings using DJI Go 4 app. Go to app >> tap camera settings >> click the first icon on the left top corner  >> switch the button from auto to manual. Then from there, you can adjust the white balance on your camera. Please see image below for reference. If you have any other concern, please let us know. Thanks!

Thanks for the heads up on switching the camera settings. I'll give that a go but was hoping the issue might be fixed in a future FW update. I say fix as the Mavic Airs Spheres almost always come out well without adjusting the camera settings manually. I was curious as if I was the only one struggling with Spheres on the Pro.
