Yes, it was all stock.

That's the best footage of a water tower I've ever seen.

Very nice! That shot of the dragon boat with the sun right behind them on the water is an epic pan! Thats good stuff.

Nice stuff.  Really liked the stirring inspirational music overlay as they're putting their shoulders into the paddling.  That last shot as the Phantom moved left and the sun was glaring off the water I was saying to myself "oh yeah, he's going to do a perfect fade to white right here..."
