After about a week of trying everything to correct the live video cutting in and out, Phone factory reset, airport mode on the phone, reinstalling dji 4 app, blowing all the lint out of the port on the phone, I am up and flying. I don't know what exactly corrected the problem but I do not have it anymore.
Hi there. I am very sorry for the inconvenienced that this caused you. May I know if the software of your Samsung S7 is up to date? As of the moment, we have a known issue wherein the new updated version of DJI Go 4 App is not compatible with the new operating system of Samsung. Don't' worry, our R&D department is now working on it. For the meantime, we highly recommend you to downgrade your app then try to connect it again to your drone.
