Hi There

I take a lot of the 9 photo panoramas on my spark and the DJI app stitches my 9 photos panoramas perfectly at low resolution. However when i use media maker to stitch the same selection i get a smaller image, ie the sides are cropped in further. I have tried using photoshop, autostitch and hugin however i keep getting the same result. Does anybody know how i can stitch the images so I get a higher reolution of the image the app provides?

I have attached a version from tha app and from media maker to show what i mean.

The Media Maker One is Really Nice, maybe the Phone App uses a Lower Res for use in Social Media.

thanks for the replies. I don't really want to do 360 images, I find the 9 shot horizontal pano makes a shape - not as wide as a 180 pano, none of the applications seem to be able to stitch as well as the dji phone app unfortunately. has anybody solved this?

The software in the linked tread can do it all.

It can stich any number of photo together.
It can even make a panorama out of video footage provided it is taken from one point. One can also identify the subjects of interest.
Run quite fast on a 64 bit station etc. Very clever software.

oh i see, thanks. unfortunately I only have a mac so i cant run windows software. I have tried photoshop, hugin and autostitch but they all seem to crop the image excessively. does anybody know how to adjust settings to prevent this or an app that stitches the same as DJI GO 4? Or does anybody know the technical decription of the photos taken by the spark? eg: fisheye, eqirectangular etc
