I have placed an order and it's been more than a week I didnt receive anything.

Worst of the worst, no one able to help from the custumer support.

They are using BSI and there is no phone number to contact them ?

The support just gave me 2 tracking numbers but nothing is moving forward.

Please someone help

I am struggling with a delivery in Dubai.

I have placed an order a week ago and still no update from the website.

I have contacted the support chat and they told me it's shipped and they gave me those 2 tracking number.

But there is no way to find date of delivery or either contact the company called BSI .


The support is not able to help me online, can you please help me ? The struggle is real

I'm afraid there's no estimation date of delivery for this as it depends on the courier and your location. I'll advise you to check the BSI tracking site from time to time. And you can also try to contact them on the phone number visible on their site.
