Anyone else have this issue? I've tried resetting both on the device itself and within the mobile app. Took it apart completely, put it back together. Still having this issue.

try firmware update from the dji assistant and then calibration from the assisstant

You should try a joystick calibration.
Tap the trigger 4 times, and hold on the 4th tap. All 3 mode lights should blink, then move the joystick multiple times all over the place.
Tap 4 times and hold on the 4th tap to finish calibration.

I am having this same problem and the joy stick calibration is not fixing it.

I have tried firmware up dates and back dates and all kinds of things and it still wont stop.

i havent even used to app  accept to open it

Hi there, sorry for the difficulties that you experienced, please make sure the firmware has been updated to the latest version, and then try the Auto Tune after physically balancing the gimbal. If there is no luck, please calibrate the Joystick and the system and let us know if the issue persists, thank you.

Hi dji . I am experiencing that same problem . Dji ronin s keep spinning on the pan axis clockwise on its own
Balance test - excellent in all three axis
Auto tune - done
Joystick calibration - done
Advanced calibration- done
Even tried the override calibration for motor parameters- joint angles
Nothing worked
It’s keep spinning like a crazy cat
Very disappointed . It happened on very first week of purchase . As I was first time gimble user , I thought I might not be doing things right . I was busy with work so didn’t used it much . Recently I started working professionally. Try using it for a music video . Boom

It Calibrated it a day before shoot , it was stable , but on shoot day it stated spinning again , cost me shoot delay expenses , had to get an alternative company gimble , he worked pretty well ,
So many people reported same problem but there was so solid solution from you guys . Mostly people tried all hacks themselves and figured out things . We expect better technical support from you !!!!

Samething with the ronin sc. Its half a decade and no answers from dji team?
