Aircraft disconnected-Log file showing no issue

Now DJI,

Where is my drone?

I do have an older thread(1 month) where I detailed my Yaw issues and almoust a fly away, no service was required then as you mentioned and just refreshed the firmware and recalibrated everithyng.

As you may see now in a flight with no interference, no temporarly loss of signal, no wind, suddenly at 30 m away from the RC the drone disconnectes...can you please tell me now what the hack is wrong?

Android, Log shows all fine but the craft dissapears from the log mid flight...

Just as mentioned before, we do not support to analyze the data from the third party software or website, please kindly export the original flight records and corresponding flight logs in the aircraft for analysis, thanks!

Dan,

You know that file you upload to "Phantom Help" that you post the results here?

Instead of uploading it to "Phantom Help", you need to upload the flight log file to DJI by loading it to your Google Drive or OneDrive and posting that link here.
Do the same for the other forum with the YAW issue.

Phantom Help is not affiliated with DJI.
So, DJI does not accept anything but their log file - the same one before you upload to "Phantom Help"

Also, you need to be on Android app version 4.1.12 or 4.1.15 - last known stable versions.

Hopefully the new rollout of firmware will fix the Android issues.
With the rollout, OTG will be supported.

As soon the RC disconnects, the log ends.
The question is, how that RC disconnection could happened.
