Wondering if any of you have come across this problem and if you have a solution for it.

Trying to set up and balance my ronin M but I had to reset my password by plugging it into my Macbook Pro via usb cable. Upon downloading the DJI assistant app, and being prompt to place my "device name" and "password," I wasn't able to get passed this screen. I mean I would add my name and my password and hit "go" and nothing would happen. I've tried everything from all sorts of password combinations to 123456 to 000000. NOTHING. It doesn't respond.

I can do any calibration I need via the laptop app but it sucks when you need to do things through your phone when you're on set or on the road. Im currently using a Samsung Galaxy S6 edge. I've never had problems with this stuff till now.

Any suggestions?

Sorry to read on your post, did you try to re-install the DJI Ronin APP or try another mobile device to see if the issue persists?
