Hello everyone.

[size=14.666666984558105px]After rc connect to ac app just stoped responding for touches. I still can see thru the camera and control dron with rc but app doesn't let me do anything. As soon as i shut down dron app just work fine.

[size=14.666666984558105px]I tried it on iphone and ipad both up to date ios (19 jul 2018). I deleted app and reinstall it. I reseted mavic to factory via Assistant 2. I downgraded rc and upgraded it again. Nothing helped.

DJI Paladin.... a ..... no, WATCH the video... it's not the cable.  Connection is fine.  There's no reason to suspect a cable problem when the sequence allows for connection, then freezes after the first selection, especially if the issue repeats itself with different devices.

Hey fan xxxxxx### :-)  Sorry DJI Paladin wasn't more helpful... You've followed the same routine most of us would have.  I think a support chat session is called for.  Have the video ready to attach to your Chat session and ahead of time, list the version of iOS, Go4, that is in the video.  
In the meantime, disconnect the cable from the aircraft, make sure the switch on the side of the aircraft is set to RC (not WiFi) - (the switch next to the sd slot).   Switch to Airplane Mode.  FWIW, those are the things that I would try, just to make sure you've tried all of the little goofy things that go wrong.  One more thing.  

I'm a long time iPad/iPhone user and I've noticed that in older models it helps to COMPLETELY shut down the thing off.  Press the power button long enough to get the "shutdown" slider, slide it and re-start/re-boot the device.  For whatever reason, this seemed to clear up some response-time issues, of which screen taps are included.
