I am looking at some of the possible uses for the drone to make money when I get certified.

What apps or programs would you suggest for...

Mapping/surveying?

Real Estate/Construction?

Others?

I would suggest using DJI GS Pro or Map Pilot to collect the imagery. Then you can process the imagery using Pix4D, AgiSoft, or DroneMapper (free up to 150 images). Each processing service uses cloud and/or local desktop software. Many support oblique and/or NADIR collections.
Up to you for cost price point/features/etc.

Who are most of these clients that need mapping?
Is it for land development? Construction companies? Farmers?

Land development, Traditional Surveyors, BIM (Building Models) ... Mining and Agriculture is a large part
