The only problem I have is I cannot view my pics. I have past pics that I can view but cannot view recent pics. I'm using an ASUS Android tablet, it did in the past allow me to view my pics. I did get a message pop up that said photos will not sinc, comera firmware not supported

Dude, try viewing photos from SD card on your computer. If it worked, re-install GO4 APP. Lastly try a different SD cards.

Hi there, sorry for the trouble. Did you try to use a different device to check if that can help? May I know if you already checked the files on your SD card copy the files directly to a computer?
