I'm so frustrated!  I'm an experieced P4 owner and have used DJI Products for 3 years.
Bought a Mavic Pro online from a private sale....said all was 100%.....
Got the shipment and all was there....cool.
Clean install of DJI Asst. 2 on PC.  Clean install of DJI Go4 on both iPhone 6 and iPad Pro.
Unboxed and checked for version of firmware.  
Loaded current version onto AC.  Remote was never 'discovered' using Asst. 2 nor either iPhone/iPad.
No matter what I do, the controller is always showing 'Connecting' and never does.
DJI Support did not help and only suggested I ship it all back to them for a 'Quote' on repairing.
Can ANYONE please shed light or direction on the path of resolution?
PS- I have also reset the AC to Factory Settings....same results of zero connectivity....and have upgraded the firmware from the oldest available to the most current....same results of zero connectivity.

More Data: All products are charged to 100%.  Have tried multiple cables (Zero impact to remedy).  When I fire up the Go4 app (v4.2.22), I've tried to Link the Controller; No Change.  Under the 'About' section, it shows N/A for Flight Controller Serial Number,

Ok, you should tackle these one at a time. Drone to remote, remote to mobile device, and remote to pc/assistant. Out of the box you should be able to fire up the drone and remote and they will connect. You should also be able to plug your mobile into the remote(using the bottom USB port ideally) and have it be recognized and updated through the Go4 app.

Can you exchange where you bought it?

Purchased thru a private party who isn’t responding.  Connecting the remote to Go4 or Asst 2 = no recognition

And you’ve done the linking process I’m assuming. You may have a bad remote.
