I am having this gimbal problem. I have tightened the yaw arm screw, I calibrated gimbal and Inuit, and I have checked the alignment of that nut on the roll arm motor. The gimbal shakes and acts drunk and crazy upon startup and in flight the gimbal motor overload warning appears.

Do you hear a click voice during gimbal start up or a buzzing voice ? May be one if the three axis goes to an end likes a loco bumps in to and end of the track.
