Please help,after the latest upgrade this problem occured.Before the upgrade,it worked well.Now is it a hardware or software issue?What can I do?

How can we learn it?
From Dji Assistant2,spark  v101.00.1000  but I can't see the rc's.

Can it be a propeller problem?

Hi, I can see that you are in ATTI mode and you have a weak GPS signal. Try to bring it outside for you to get a strong GPS signal. Thank you.

You can Rollback the DJI Go4 App to v4.1.15 or v4.2.12. These are ONLY for Android Users.

1) Uninstall DJI Go4 App
2) Switch off AutoUpdates from the Play Store
3) Restart Phone
4) Install Old Version you want

For Version v4.2.12 -

I have heard that the Latest Android - DJI Go4 v4.2.21 isn't giving any issues, what version are you using ?

Are you trying this indoor? If you at the indoor, it is almost certain that you are not going to get enough satellites signal for global positioning, and hence end up getting the ATTI mode. It does not matter which version of DJI Go 4, or firmwares of the AC and RC.

It doesn't say you CAN'T take off, just that it doesn't have any GPS to position itself. You are indoors, thats why you have no GPS.

If you are in beginner mode , it wont allow for take off in Atti mode (Atti mode is when it can't find gps satelites) ! Better respect that dji restriction and go outside in order to learn how to fly. Do you really want to fly indoors and crash the drone ? Disable beginner mode (it's on automatically when you first activate the drone)

Hi, thanks for the updates, unfortunately, if we exhausted the possible troubleshooting steps, it is better to send it into our repair facility so that we could evaluate the unit.

But no GPS is not a reason for not taking off.
That is a normal task for flying indoors, trust me ;-)

10 = usually phone
20 = usually tab
30 = usually all. And has already the data packet inside (about 80-100 MB bigger in size, as 10. / 20.)

Starting 100 is usually for Phone
Starting 200 is usually for Tablet
Starting 300 is usually the Full Package - Phone & Tablet

If you see the Description eg. in the v4.1.15 there is written for what it is. Strangely the v4.2.12 is only available as 200 but many worked with it just Fine.

For example the 4.2.12 is for Tablets but works just as fine on the Phones. For my Garage CCTV I used a Program for the Phone, on the Play Store it won't let you install it, but when I downloaded it and emailed myself the .APK File it installed without Problems.

I think there are the variations just because of the Window Size, normally the Program will work Fine.
