http://Dear natalia. Thanks for the reply and support. I tried to connect rc to the pc like this . Opened dji assistant 2 last version but prpgram didnt recognize the rc. I have windows 10. What the problem can be....

this is a wild shot in the dark matey but that happened to me and one of the sticks was not screwed in fully ..

What so you mean by stick not screwed fully.?

How can i connect rc with dji assistant?

The controller stiicks unscrew on MA and I had not put them fully back in ,you can’t connect controller assistant (I don’t think so  anyway)

Hi, sorry for the late response, did you try to move the joystick slowly to check if all of the sticks movement will reach a hundred percent?

Yes i checked. They were reach full.

What happens if you try to fly your aircraft? did the aircraft response accurately to our command using sticks on your RC?

no, while flying,

while landing also turns itself right

I think the problem inside the RC. How can I handle. I know how to open the rc. But I dont know what I should check for this problem...

I recommend to open a support case and send it in for repair or replacement.

Just write an email to DJI support, they will advise you on how to proceed.

It’s a firmware issue not a remote issue.  I have the same issue I try calibrate and works just sometimes I’m waiting for a new firmware hopefully will fix it

Hi, I would suggest first connecting your phone directly to aircraft via wi-fi, check the performance of your aircraft to ensure and isolate the issue then after this troubleshooting if ever that the RC will be the issue I would advise to send this to our repair facility for further evaluation.

aircraft does well. just joystcik is no accurate

Ahhh man, so many Mavic Airs in for repair................seems as if it is more than what is presently flying on this forum.

I am doubtful of magnets that could be in the phone. I saw a video, magnets can effect the dji mavic air and pro's controller joystick. I will try to connect the phone to the other side or without moun the controller's clamp.

What about mine? both sticks on center but it got 15% as shown in the pic. And when i turn the left stick up the turn right increases % as well.

Hi please also check mine. Both sticks at center but 15% on the right offset.also when i tilt the left stick up very light. Thats when it starts to go 15% left turn.
