My mini 2se flying app has been misstating the wrong MPH readings… It’s showing I’m flying 100MPH when it goes 34 mph max with a tail wind..
All software is up to date. I’ve switched back and forth with the K&KM per hour back to imperial MPH.. I've restated drone the app the controller…It’s been for 2 weeks now. Any Ideas??

I have installed the App and it works BUT it only records video at 12 or 13fps not 30 so is unuseable.

After checking, the Samsung A31 is not in the compatibility list, so it does not support the high frame rate.
Could you please try with other mobile device in the compatibility list for conducting test?

3. QR code after fault log upload, and the operation time,  
4. The screenshot or screen recording of parameter setting errors on the shooting screen of the DJI Mimo app

Noted. We need you to provide the following information:

1. Mobile phone model and system version screenshot. Find the phone model and version in the phone's settings and take a screenshot.

2. App version screenshot. DJI Mimo app > Profile > About.

2. Exported DJI Mimo Log file and the time for connection test (to locate the log file).

To upload the app log, please perform as follows: Go to “Profile”, tap the Settings icon, select “DJI Support”, “Log Upload”, and enter the log upload interface. Then input the related information and tap “Submit”. “Uploading Log” will be shown in the app and the QR code will be generated after upload.

3. A video showing the error of 30 fps not available.
