Noted. We need you to provide the following information:
1. Mobile phone model and system version screenshot. Find the phone model and version in the phone's settings and take a screenshot.
2. App version screenshot. DJI Mimo app > Profile > About.
2. Exported DJI Mimo Log file and the time for connection test (to locate the log file).
To upload the app log, please perform as follows: Go to “Profile”, tap the Settings icon, select “DJI Support”, “Log Upload”, and enter the log upload interface. Then input the related information and tap “Submit”. “Uploading Log” will be shown in the app and the QR code will be generated after upload.
3. A video showing the error of 30 fps not available.
