Hi, sorry for the trouble that it caused, may I know when did you encounter this issue? did you manage to calibrate the gimbal? If yes, I would suggest downloading the DJI Assistant 2 then restore factory defaults and refresh the firmware of your aircraft afterward reboot your unit and check if the issue will persist, however, if the troubleshooting won't work I strongly advise to sending the unit to our repair facility. Hello, it started about two months ago when I was trying to shoot at an event. I didn’t think much of it and didn’t use the drone for a few weeks. I then tried again about a week ago and the same thing occurred. I will try and calibrate and reset to factory. Thank You |
