Hi All -

I am a proud new owner of a DJI Spark! I was curious to know why I am getting latency and artifacts in my video feed to my controller? It seems like there is a two second lag or so. I ordered an OTG cable, but from what I gather it is hit or miss.

Environment Info:
- Take off from back deck
- Power lines about 250m away
- Residential Neighborhood
- No buildings around
- House has 5 ghz and 2.4 ghz router

Iphone 8+
iOS12

In my experience, that's normal, even at close range. I only use the files on the SD card to work with.

The loss of frames and the artifacting is quite frustrating. Does the Mavic air have less of that?

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience, I would like to ask if is it the same on the SD card of your spark? I would recommend flying the drone to an open area to see if it will be the same result and for us to easily isolate the problem.

I do not have an SD card yet, but can confirm soon. I will take it and fly it now in an open field.
