Hello, I used to have an OSMO mobile, I was perfectly happy with it. Unfortunately I broke it. So I bought the OSMO mobile 2, which seemed a more simple and cheap option. I received the OSMO 2 and the starting process was much more complex. After many attempts, the calibration is always a fail. Please find attached some pics to see the errors messages. Hello there. We apologize for the inconvenience. May I know what specific model of mobile device you are using? Did you try to reinstall the app? What color is showing in the LED indicator when you turn it on?

Hello, thank you for your quick reply. I tried both with a samsung S8 and S7. No success. I will try to reinstall the app. The color is green then yellow.

Hi,
I have the same problem now.

Situation
1. Yellow light blinking
2. Double click mode bottom, it will turn to green and the arm goes to the right position but fail to sustain.
    Soon return to blinking yellow light.
3. on the app, it shows the same failed to start gimbal information just like the picture shown in above post.

Same problem I have Dgi osmo mobile zm01 not working

My osmo mobile 2 is having the same issue.

Need help badly

Did you fix it? Coz I have the same problem.
