i have a phantom 3 professional, (Remote controller signal weak) this  message appeared on the top middle side of the screen, i tried linking  it by pressing the button for 2 seconds using a pen but nothing happens. The remote controller continues to bleep and the red light contiinues to blink on the aircraft near the button I held in attempt to link the aircraft, yet the drone is showing the same message. Help Please. Thank you.

Hello there. Sorry for the late response. Can you send a screenshot showing the error? Did you also try to adjust the antenna?

I see. Please try to reset the remote controller by pressing C1, C2, and Shutter buttons. Turn off and then turn on the remote controller, link the remote controller and aircraft again, and check whether the image transmission restores.

I am experiencing the same issue. After I hold the two buttons and toggle the camera wheel, the LED does not turn blue - remains red. Light next to sync button on drone just blinks red and green
