Hi there, sorry for the inconvenience. Are you referring to the files from your SD card or the files from your APP? Try to reset camera setting to the factory defaults. Please refer to the screenshot below.

Hi, may I know the brand of your SD card? I will be posting here some of the supported SD cards below. If you can also remember if you had formatted the card prior to your very first flight? It is suggested to have it formatted to avoid errors like this. Please let us know if you are still having issues. Thank you.

I have a P3P and I get two copies too.  I'm not exactly sure why the low res copy is on there.
