had a bit of spare time so decided to customise my spare mavic pro props, i no pro at this but they came out ok i think. Bird still fly's well.

yeah the carbon fibre one is, the other is just aerosol, tungsten...

Looks cool. Did u weigh them before and after?

Altering the natural characteristics of the DJI manufactured prop is not a good thing.  I highly recommend not flying these.  Got to agree with DJI Paladin.

Although i do not condone doing this, I have modified heli props in exactly the same way, not 1 problem, also I have used these on my mavic pro already for a few weeks now, it still flys great, no vibrations at all.

Just weighed them , the original props are around 7 grams my custom ones are around 8, cant be more exact as my wifes baking scales are not that accurate

Non accurate baking scales, i blame them for my chubbiness...........

Thankyou all , so long as you dont go mad on the spray and get an even coat it shouldn't affect the aerodynamics of the rotors.....

It could , that's why you need an even coat, I powder coat & hydro dip for a living also do a bit of wet painting so I have a good idea what is needed. also tested while hovering & in sport mode, no problems with vibrations . I had more problems with the low noise props, the gimbal was shaking all over when I first used those.

I like them! How do they look in motion? Similar to the LED ones (which I guess are not recommended by DJI either!)

they look great, obviously you cant really see them at a distance but up close you can make out the rotor disc..
