Hi there, sorry for the trouble. Kindly restore the aircraft to factory defaults and upgrade the firmware using DJI Assistant 2. If you are using Mavic pro : (https://www.dji.com/mavic/info#downloads) If Mavic air: (https://www.dji.com/mavic-air/info#downloads). Please provide a screenshot on the error message. Thank you for your support.

Hi there, permission is already added to your email account. Kindly use DJI Assistant 2 to update to the 01.03.0813 beta firmware by following the normal procedure. After the update, press the “Record” button on the remote controller to record a video. After confirming that the video is recording you can update the firmware to the version 01.03.1000 or later. Let me know if the issue is already fix.  Thank for your support.

Thank you for all your patience. I had feedback from the engineers and they said that there might be a cache problem with your DJI Assistant 2. Kindly reinstall DJI Assistant 2 using this link: (https://www.dji.com/mavic/info#downloads). Let me know if you were able to fix it.

Sorry to hear that. What was the firmware version before the update? During which version did the error occur? Kindly try to change the USB cable and reinstall DJI Assistant 2 using this link: (https://www.dji.com/mavic/info#downloads). Thanks for your support.
