Hi all, I keep trying to sign in to activate my DJI phantom 4 pro v 2.0, with my google nexus 7 and I cannot for the life of me get through the sign in screen. Any tips?

Hi. I am sorry to know that you are having issues in activating you DJI Phantom 4 Pro V2. There could be a compatibility issue on the mobile device ( Google Nexus 7 ) that you are using that is why this issue is happening. Using a non recommended mobile device on you DJI Drone can cause incompatibility. For reference, I will post the list of recommended mobile devices for the DJI Phantom 4 Pro V2.

Do you get any error msgs at all?
Have you tried signing in using a different device?
Are you using a valid email address?
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

I have had the same issue with Samsung A8. At the sign in area it just stalls with 'setting' in the pop up window.
From searching the A8 seems to be compatible though not listed on DJI list of devices
Any help?
