Ordered my Ronin-S mid-morning of 11th July. It's been 17 days now and still awaiting shipment! I would not have minded had I not looked the other day when the delivery time was stated at 10-15 days! What's going on? I see others on the forum have had theirs delivered by now, anyone in the UK in the same situation??

I placed my order on 10th July also and mine hasn’t shipped either. It changed to ‘Pending’ yesterday.

Similar here, went to pending shipment today with the carrier showing as DHL and then nothing. Ordered on the 10th as well (slightly irritating that a UK customer above ordered two days later and already received theirs!)
Having said that it’s supposed to be 15-20 working days from date of order so that’s up to the 7th August for me. Crazy.

Yeah its just a big joke and no answer what the hell is going on. First they changing status for shipped and another day awaiting for shipment .. crazy is small word for whats actually happen now

mindy seems to have gone into meltdown, she is not answering to anybody .
could one find out for one the status of Order Number:  0445684903909, on the 29th of the month of july it informed one that the package had been shipped, on the 31st day of july i went to look for a number to track the package, i note that it is no longer shipped, one is perplexed is it shipped or not?

I’ve just seen that I have a pending credit to my DJI account of just over $10 - is this a sign that shipping is delayed even further?

Interestingly, mine now shows as shipped on the DJI app and website via desktop but pending when I look at the DJI site on my phone. No tracking details to be seen though...
