I bought a New Mavic Air some days back
Have been using Spark for the past year
My Mavic has following issues
1 The range with remote is very less (60 -70m in height and distance 400m) then signal is lost
2.Also the video transmission is very very poor (even when the aircraft is near the RC ...)there is definite lag between my gimble and RC movts and the aircraft movement
3.Can I connect my iPhone with RC without wire like my Spark drone

I am using in areas of strong wifi interference
I have tried 2.4/5.8
I have used apps from both iOS and android

But the problem still persists

Hello there. We apologize for the inconvenience. Can you take a screenshot of your main controller settings? Is the firmware update? Can you try to refresh the firmware using DJI Assistant 2?

You are probably struggling with the same issue caused by firmware verision 00.01.0400

Hi, sorry to hear about your range issue. When I got my MA I was experiencing the same things you describe, and my Spark flew flawlessly. If you are in a highly congested area, I recommend 5.8 and flying from a vantage point (I fly from my building's roof). Also, some days will be better than others. And third, I do recommend the $8 parabolic range extenders, they doubled my range, I am getting 2,200 meters from them.
