fanse256b035, that was due to a TFR NOTAM, posted by the FAA .  A Very Important Person was expected in the airspace near you! You can go to the FAA website and find a list of such notice to airmen and any temporary flight restrictions BEFORE you fly. Safety First! Ken

Hello there. We apologize for the inconvenience. Did you try to reinstall the app? If yes, I highly suggest sending an email to flysafe@dji.com. You might be within the no-fly zone area that it didn't allow you to fly your aircraft. You may also check the Geozone map to check the restricted zone areas: https://www.dji.com/flysafe/geo-map
