I picked up a 32GB SD Extreme Plus card. I am trying to pull the footage from my Mavic Air onto my computer. The video plays, but it seems like when I try to pull up the photos on my computer, the photos are just black? Could someone please advise?

Chances are Photos are stored in file format of RAW.  For your computer to read those files requires either program like LightRoom or file interpreter for you computers native file viewer to use.

Hi, sorry about that. I would like to ask if you tried to pull up the file using an SD Card reader? Would it be possible if you can provide a screenshot of this issue?

I just ordered an SD card reader from Amazon that is compatible with the iPhone. Is there an easier way to pull them off the SD card and upload them? I would like to upload the photos to Instagram, but when I tried pulling it directly from the drone onto my iPhone, the photos were extremely pix-elated and looked horrible.
