Hi
After update both MAVIC PRO and RC to the latest firmware, my Samsung S8 Plus DJIGO 4 cannot connect to the remote at all.

What can i do?

You could try uninstalling the DJI GO 4 app and then reinstall. Normally there should not be a problem after a firmware update. Are you still using the same usb cable that worked previously? Is the drone connecting to the RC?

I've tried uninstall and reinstall DJI GP 4 app several times, i am using the same usb cable that worked previously and the drone is connected to the RC
but  DJI Go 4 app does not connect to RC at all, no response,

Hi. Sorry for the trouble. Unfortunately, the mobile device ( Samsung S8 Plus ) that you are using is not yet recommended with your DJI Mavic Pro. There is a possibility that it will work, however, since it's not yet optimized with our application we cannot be guaranteed the stability of the application if it will work all the time while using the specific mobile device. For reference, I will be posting the most recent list of the recommended mobile device for the DJI Mavic Pro.

I HAVE AN IPHONE 6.  IT KEEPS TELLING ME THAT MY USERNAME/PASSWORD IS INCORRECT WHEN  I TRY TO USE THE APP.

I HAVE DELETED AND RE-INSTALLED THE APP ON MY PHONE.

I HAVE RESET THE USERNAME AND PASSWORD.

I HAVE CLEARED MY SEARCH HISTORY ON THE PHONE AS WELL.

I HAVE TURNED THE PHONE OFF AND ON.

NOTHING WORKS.

ANY THOUGHTS..???
