I transferred my videos from my drone to my iCloud Photo Library, and now i want to transfer them again onto my windows desktop to edit them. I was wondering if all of this moving about of the videos that the Down-Resed from 4K 30fps to a lower setting, which i would preferabaly not like to happen. If so, is there a way to  transfer them without changing the video quality?

It shouldn't make any difference.
But why not just pull the SD card and copy direct to your computer.
It's much faster and simpler.

You could use card reader,and copy the videos to your person's computer directly,thank you.
