Ok so its telling me to do all these updates when I go into the app, so i did what it said and downloaded all the stuff but still cant get them to show up. then I tryed to reformat the micro sd with failed. What should I do?

Hi. I just want to clarify, have you tried to update the firmware of your AC using the DJI Go app?

what do you mean by AC, and all ive tried is downloading and unzipping the files and putting them on to the phantom

It means Aircraft. I'm sorry about the term.

You only need the 1-bin file to upgrade. I would suggest to read about the proper procedure to upgrade

I've watched videos followed the pdf file upgrade instructions and get the  same outcome...  Phantom 3 advanced. DJI go app (pre 4) installed bin file after unzip via sd card slot from pc and Direct to sd card thru android cable while card was in camera ( at separate times...  p3s_fwvo1.11.0020.bin this is what I installed [the bin file only not in  a folder to the sd card] also tried a older version bin file.. format between every time also..  So my outcome is this....
