I have just bought a matrice200 but the firmaware update froze at 75%, further attempts to udate the firmware result in a blank screen in the app. How can I update the Firmware now?

thanks sorted it, although I do seem to be getting a firmware conflict between cameras, i use the Z30 and the X4S

Make sure to install the newest firmware for the Z30. That would e via the micro SD.
