Dear Support Team,
I just received my Osmo Mobile 2, however I tried to charge it and I charged it all the night and this morning the app showed onlye 69% charge.
It should only take 2 hours.
I use a samsung charger (5V/2A).
Could you please help me?

I begin using my MacBook Air but it doesn't work (only 5% for 30 min of charging). So I tried with this adaptateur. I will check this evening how it is as it's is stille charging at home. Then I will use it and try to charge it with an other one.
