It still has 5 months left on the refresh program. Does that carry over to new owner?  I hope so! Over 3 million feet with my Mavic Pro no problems, Phantom 4 five way obstacle avoidance and I still hit a pole. Totally pilot error. Boom yard sale, props, battery, little doors on the landing gear, reflectors. Do I have coverage?

The DJI Care Refresh plan is tied to a specific drone. It can still be used by the new owner if you sell your drone.

Hello there. We apologize for the unfortunate event happened. If your DJI Care refresh is binded to your Phantom 4, yes, it can still use by the new owner if you want to sell it. They only need the serial number of the drone to have an information of the service plan.

All that was needed was the Vin #. I typed it in and the refresh program came up with it."Refresh available 2 exchanges left."         SWEEEET! Thanks for the help.
