No Connection - Phantom 2 to PC

Hi,

There seems to be an elevation maximum set on my Phantom 2.  I'd like to change it with the software, but can't get a connection.

1)  I fire up my Phantom 2.  I connect my PC to my Phantom 2 with the USB cable.  I get a tone telling me there is a connection.
2)  I start up the Phantom 2 Vision Assistant 3.8 on the PC.
3)  On the load page, the red bar never goes completely to the right.  I have to hit the 'skip' text.
4)  A User Login page appears.  I enter my email address and password, same as when I sign into the DJI website and forum.
5)  The User Login page won't accept my data.  I click out of it.
6)  The lights in the lower left hand corner do not light, therefore no connection.

Any suggestions?

You are not the first one to report this. There is another thread with other people experiencing the same thing. I suggested to them to try uninstalling the assistant app and reinstall. Have you updated your firmware to 3.14? I'm wondering if that update has something to do with it.

A few things to note :-
WIN Drivers downloaded and installed ?
USB connected to the front of the Phantom, not the gimbal if you have a vision + ?
Phantom needs to be turned on.

If the login does not complete you cannot access the app.
I would prefer not login for these apps as it can cause issues in the field.
However it does add some level of security to your settings.
