Take the Osmo 2 back. This is not normal for an iPhone 8+ and you won’t get any help here. Something is broken and going on a web forum like this will just drag it on until you cant return it.
I have the same phone and it works perfectly. If you have re installed the app and its not working (assuming you aren’t on the Apple beta program) then you need to get it changed.
Waiting for DJI to help is a waste of time.
Hmmm, I know this is a ridiculous answer since it's not your fault for having an iphone but if you desperately need this feature, it's time to switch phones
Check out at least the 1st video where I am using active tracking and it works perfectly and some advice.
