Great cases in my experience

I have both, DJI hardshell backpack and a Nanuk 945 that will hold seven batteries.

What about you, which do you prefer?

I had the DJI hardshell backpack then bought the B&W case for my P4P. The case was very heavy but enabled me to leave the props on. The stock DJI foam case was the most portable though only held 3 batteries. I fly the Inspire 1 V2 these days and am still using the stock DJI carry case it came with. Nanuk looks like a solid case too!

Yes, the Nanuk cases are great, but pretty hefty in size and weight. But it holds everything I need or may wish to carrry. Even both of my DJI 100w chargers.

I like it, because it fits perfectly on the passenger seat of my SpYder RS-S.

All I need are three more flight packs to fill it. ;-)

That's a lot of gear to fill up that case mate! It's amazing how much we build up over the years in this hobby. reached a point where I use a system to organise my gear so nothing gets lost in the field or home.

Yes, the bottom line is scary.

But it sure beats having a garage full of empty beer bottles. Hahaha

Just think of all the interesting places we get to see, and more importantly, the awesome people we meet along the way.

Very true mate - some spectacular sights and the hobby has taken me to some beautiful places in my own country that I never knew was there. And as for photography, videography, lipo batteries and carry cases... we never stop learning!

My only regret, I need to start using my Nikon D800 more, much more...

It must feel neglected.

I know what you mean - I see accessories and think 'great' I really need that - use it twice then it ends up in the box!

Appreciate what we have now, not drooling over more stuff we don’t require.

Wow - that's a production line!
I've been there and got the t-shirt (literally) - only buy what I need now. One is enough for me these days...

These pics are all now public. Anyone can access them.

Just Google, Yahoo. Then do a DJI image search.

This was recorded on a Mavic in for service,

Thanks, but not to be credited.
It is fun searching for this stuff though..

I wonder how DJI feels about these pics when they get leaked.. ;-)

I've been considering one of these: https://www.jbhifi.com.au/drones ... dji-phantom/316326/

They look comfy and have plenty of space. I like that I can quick mount the drone with the blades attached, which would be awesome for short distances between flights. I would love a bag (not really wanting a hard case for comfort factor) that I could leave the blades on too and have it inside the bag.

Manfrotto makes nice cases, but I would be afraid of breaking a prop(s) with that design.

Yeah, I agree. I definitely wouldn't be leaving the drone exposed like that very often, the inside of the bag offers much better protection.

Even with the rotor props removed, the drones shell is still very exposed to bumping and jostling.

Looks like a very dangerous way to carry your pride and joy. On purpose.

Yeah, it would be less than ideal, but not a feature of the bag I could see myself using that often. The inner pockets fit the drone, without the props, rather well

Yes, you know the trouble it could cause, and will take the necesssary steps to keep your model aircraft safe.

What I don't like at these cases is the size - veery unpractical to carry arround. For driving arround in he car it's absolutelly OK.
Haviing propellers mounted is practical but checking before flight must be done anyway so putting them on/off every time takes only a few sec.

No time for fiddling and fretting. Just get it up, quickly park it, and get the heck out of there...

It’s handy to have both kinds of cases. I have both the DJI hardshell backpack, and a Nanuk 945 that holds everything...

I've been very happy with this Case Club case. However, it's rather bulky. Fine for most everything other than jamming into an overhead bin, which I haven't tried yet.

I too love Case Club products.

I have that case

It also has really nice wheels as well as a retractable handle.....on the case are 2 very sturdy handles which make it easier to put in or take out of your private JET !!
