I power on the handle and then the gimbal but the motors never turn on and it never moves or makes the beep. How do i do a factory reset? How do I take it out of a stand by mode if thats a thing?

What are my next steps? Im shooting a wedding tomorrow!

Yes, updating the ronin s worked but still not sure how the standby mode works. Does anyone know just so I know in the future?

You double tap the power button to enter and exit standy mode.

I’m having the same issue I bought this thing from Bestbuy a week ago I needed to shoot a event today it it wouldn’t do anything but turn on but nothing worked and it Didn’t even move it worked perfectly this am and dji doesn’t insurance for this product so I feel I wasted money on this product it’s a sitting brick as we speak in my room smh.
