After returning from holiday I tried to sync my Spark’s flight record and returned with “Sync failed” error.

I would appreciate if someone could help me how to rectify this.

I have the same issue, was working fine for a month  and today  I did 3 flights and always says sync failed   but  It  did add experience points.   Version of  dji go 4 and firmware all up to date.  my account is  cp79557@gmail.com.  I have watched the video and mine does not sync as in the video.   Please help getting it to work correctly.

I tried again this morning and everything synced completely and the issue is now resolved on its own.

It looks like there was a problem with DJI server.

Issue is not fixed in the USA as of 0430 Central Daylight Time 7AUG18 on DJI GO 4 app ver4.2.24 for iOS

**UPDATE**

Service RESUMED syncing as of 0445 Central Daylight Time 7AUG18

UPDATE:   It did   scyn today but I  am missing approximately 3 hrs and 200k  feet  15++  flight  not there but the experience is good.  Is this  gone for good or will it come back eventually?  After this I wont clear my cach   ever lol

Please delete this or dis regard , when servers went back up I was only syncing a mont of records due to me settings and was able to recover them all,  little scary the thought of losing my records/  thanks for  the reply earlier. All good now

I couldn't remember how many flights I had so not sure about loosing any

But have all the recent ones so Happy about it

At this moment syncing flight records als doesn't work in EU (Netherlands). It stops syncing around 30%.

We'll just wait until it's back again!

Syncing flight records fail. It do not update.

I think that we should just wait until tomorrow, this issues always resolves by itself in the end.

Hello,    it appears the cloud server does not allow alot of us to syn flight  records, i have been unable to do this for about a week.    my user name is cp79557@gmail.com can you please look into this  and or tell us when sync will work again/  thanks

hello tony here is what the sync file says when it fails to sync

still not working any help here at all??   

Don't come here for help  I have been waiting for two weeks for response from anyone to help with this issue,  this is how dji customer support gets a bad name ignoring  cystoners

It looks like a breaking change on the data they store, mine syncs the last month but says failed and as it a new install of Go on a devicw it does not restore the last year.
