Hi Everyone!

DJI Spark supports ExFAT file system for microSD?

When I insert the microSD to my computer with Windows 10, it tells me that there is an  error on the  card and it needs to scan and repair the card. I want to test if it is solved with another file system.

Regards,

Hi there, sorry for the inconvenience. Can you please provide a screenshot on the error message? Thank you for your support.

Spark only supports FAT32.
The error message you see on Windows 10 is a false positive; you can simply ignore the message and it'll just be fine. You do not need to scan the card.

But it bothers a lot. I would like it not to show up.

Hello there. Did you try to reformat the SD card?

Hello there. Did you try to reformat the SD card?

Yes, in PC and also in Spark. Same results.

Any time I put a memory stick or card in my Windows 10 it ALWAYS indicates a problem. I have learned to simply ignore it. NOTHING is actually wrong.

I see. Can you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing on your end? What type of SD card are you using?

As mentioned above, this is just something in windows 10.
I have tried formatting in windows then inserting it back in the Spark. The Spark will then want to format the card again!
I have tried the other way around and tried a freshly formatted card ( in the Spark)  in the windows computer and the same notice pops up!
The files created by the Spark on the card are completely readable/usable in the windows computer even if it pops up the notice.
I am sure it is a windows 10 thing. I ignore it and move forward!

Thank you for these posts saying it was normal.
I get the same error message every time I read the SD card in Windows10 as well.  I have just ignored it myself; but hearing others have the same problem and that it is a false error makes me feel a little more comfortable.

Windows10 is a bone-headed OS...  Seven was the best.  I use both Win10, 7 and MacOS,  Win10 is my least favourite.  Just cancel the error and dont lose sleep over it!

Does it affect the flight performance of the aircraft?

Try to delete the THM folder inside the MICS folder on the SD card.

Those files inside are just thumbnail images for DJI GO 4 and are causing windows to think that there's a problem with the SD card.

Thanks a lot! You are right! I deleted the THM folder and  I don't get error messages from Windows.
