Hi to all
Today I was flying my mavic pro and at some point i saw on camera that image was shaking a lot and at this point i was thinking that im falling.
(I though that one of my motors die, or bird crash into mavic...)
When this happen I was taking a picture but after that and as soon I though clearly I press record button.

So this is little movie with few second after accident.

(Strange but this move did not record on the sd card in mavic so this is file only from phone - anyway as you can see at the beggining and at the end, something is not ok. So on my phone I have 8 files with movie but on my mavic there is only 7 files.)

Fortunately I did not fall but for some time my image from gimbal was distored... after that I fly back home point still shaking a little.

So after abowe adventure I wanted to check my fly log via Dji Assistant 2 with manual I downloaded here

I installed it and later I was trying to download *.dat file but with no luck...

Any idea what Im doing wrong ?
Mavic pro is still with warranty so maybe before next flight or sending it to service I could check myself or sending some files to service just in case ?

That tutorial is outdated. Try these instructions to retrieve a .DAT

With this method a file is created that has a name something like DJI_ASSISTANT_EXPORT_FILE[2016-10-27 22-40-28].DAT. In turn, this file will contain one or more FLYnnn.DAT files in a compressed format. You'll need an app called ExtractDJI to then extract the FLYnnn.DAT from the compressed file. ExtractDJI can be obtained by downloding and installing either CsvView or DatCon.
