How I can fix this ?

When I login application ronin s on IOS

It show Critical low battery Please swap your battery immediately.

Hi there, per the screenshot, the APP shows there is no power in your Ronin-S, may I know if you have fully charged the battery?

I think I charged battery full already

Thanks for coming back, may I have a screenshot of the battery details in the APP? Please find it as the picture below shows, thank you.

I have the same problem here.
I have 3 bars charged and when i connect my device via the app its shows this meassage.
Then when i try to charge it it wont charge

please help
