As per my last thread, the most recent firmware update has caused both my batteries to lose connection (showing as N/A in app) Is there a way to check/update the batteries firmware seperately? I cant use assistant because of course it thinks the batteries are powered less than 50% and will download firmware to the computer - but then fails when trying to install o the attached mavic.
I'm travelling to all these amazing locations and because my mavic wont take off I'm having to use my phone camera like some kind of animal

Just noticed I can get the battery info (voltage, percentage etc) to temporarily show up on the app by doing a IMU calibration - however it soon reverts to battery error.

Try deleting and reinstall the app.

Yeah tried that....in fact I've done it on 2 androids and an iphone.  Still getting battery error, very weird. I'd think it was a physical problem if it didnt happen directly after latest firmware update...

If you believe the problem is due to latest firmware, try a roll back to the one you had before - or maybe a refresh of the current could do it.

Yeah I've given that a go too....its tricky though because the issue is battery - so DJI assistant app usually errors out as its thinks the battery is less than 50% so it won't try to initialise firmware install.

Have you tried doing the roll back on the Go4 app itself?
