Hi, I have some problem
when I turn on the osmo m2, it rotates infinitely up or down fast.
and If I grib the osmo m2 to stop rotating, I can only handle left and right.
it doesn't move up or down.
I've already made osmo m2 firware update and fully charged.
When I try calibrating the phone goes face down and stay at 0% without moving.
What Can I do cause osmo is useless like this. Thank you in advance

Hi chevalley, sorry for the difficulties with Osmo Mobile 2, may I know if you have fully balanced the Osmo Mobile 2? What is the model of your mobile device? How about trying another one? If the issue persists, may I have a short video for further support? Thank you in advance.

Thank you for providing the video and we apologize for the inconvenience. Did you try to reinstall the application and try to calibrate the gimbal again?

I tryed with another iphone with new application and still moving like crazy and when i try calibrating, it stay to 0%
