I have a problem, when I instal my nikon D850 on the Ronin-S and I connect the both by the usb-c cable I juste can't start to rec a film I juste can take picture.
Do you nkow Why ?

Hi Thomas, there is no timer when connected with Nikon D850 during the recording. If you use the recording feature on the grip and see whether the video is saved properly. If still not, please kindly upload a short video of your operation, we'd like to check the exact status.
