Since you have my mavic pro, why don't you read the data from my mavic pro blackbox  ? And since I have contacted and sended  the flight record already some time ago ?

Hi Ingashaba, yes, we can check the data log from the black box, but we also need the flight records and video to locate the problem more precisely, dji@suppory.com is not our official email account, and we didn't find any record via your Forum account, please send the flight record folder and the video to support@dji.com with the case number, thank you very much.

I believe that the reason of the problem of not being able to control the aircraft is a sudden Compass Error or perhaps a sudden magnetic interference, correct me if i'm wrong.I made some flights in the past some years ago with my DJI phantom in the exact same location and nothing bad happend so I don't really think it is magnetic interference.

I understand your point, but what's the real cause can only be confirmed after reviewing the flight records and flight data. We appreciate your time and cooperation.

Could you please refer to my post in 43# and provide us the flight records folder and video cache for further data analysis, otherwise, the whole process will be delayed or we may faile to figure out the crash reason and you will need to pay for it, thank you.

I'm flying drones for many many years now. As I mentioned it before for some time now there is something very very wrong here with the communication system in the Netherlands,.
I still did not get a new mavic pro sended back to me or a refund from mediamarkt in the Netherlands.

Hi there, the firmware does not work on Mini SE. If this error existed on Mini SE, please check the followings:
1. Check and make sure that the propellers are installed properly. The propellers with an arc mark must be installed on the frame arm motors with an arc mark.
2. If the in-app beginner flight tutorial is used, exit the tutorial and try again.
3. Check the GPS strength in the app. If the GPS signal is weak, try to take off the aircraft in an area where the GPS signal is strong. Ensure that the propellers are in normal condition.
4. When the GPS signal is strong, calibrate the IMU. You can go to Settings>Safety>IMU Calibration and perform calibration following the on-screen instructions.
5. Restart the aircraft.
6. Please check the aircraft firmware version and DJI Fly app version. If there is a new version available, please update to the latest version and try later. If there is no new firmware available, it is recommended that you refresh the firmware again to see if it can be resolved.
If the error persists, may I know if the drone experienced any impact damage previously? If yes, you may need to send the drone in.
