Can someone check the extended log file on the SD Card (it is hidden in one of the folders) which components of the Inspire are updating in this Version?

Is it really just the battery or are there more than one component updating?

Thanks Autumn is there any progress on a fix for the flyaways?  seem they are on the rise.  I have not experienced it or had issues but several reported no issues before the flyaway, makes some of us cautious about flying.,  thanks for all your assistance you've given some of the best assistance from DJI we have received.

Autumn -

For those of us with multiple batteries sitting on the shelf for 6-8 weeks waiting for our Inspire 1 to be returned from DJI repair center, is there anything we should do to prevent our batteries from going into permanent hibernation? Most of us have no easy way to discharge our batteries because we returned our transmitters with our Inspire.  Should we allow the batteries to go into auto discharge and then let them sit on the shelf for 6 weeks, or should we recharge them every couple weeks or so?  Please provide any guidance you can.  THANKS!

Just a reminder to do this update with all your batteries ... !

First do the update as the update instructions states.
When the update is finished (d---dd) Turn the bird OFF ... switch to the next battery ... turn the bird ON (keep the controller turned OFF) wait for a moment.
You will se the LEDs on the battery start flashing during the update.
Repeat this for all your batteries!

This update was pretty quick to execute (about 1 minute) ...

Autum,
We have an Inspire that can't up date previous firmware to this new one i.e. v1.2.1.03
When trying to update it has a steady series of beeps and then  it goes to a long continuous beep until shut off. The remote DID take the update but not the aircraft.

Will this new firmware help us with this "past-version-update-problem"?

This specific Inspire has been down since v.1.2.1.03 was released

Can you help us with this please?

Hi David, don't worry.
If the battery go into the hibernation, just charge it and wait for a while, it will come to life.
The hibernation won't affect the battery life or any capacity.

Hi, I got a few logs and my colleague is working on it. There might be many reasons to cause that. Hard to judge it without the anaylsis result. But our support team are always keeping communicating with R&D, if there is any problem, they will know at once.

Autumn, I'm hoping my seemingly dead battery is just hibernating. In fact, I discovered this just as I was updating the batteries this afternoon. I had no problem updating the batteries till I put the last one (a TB47) that shipped with the bird in Feb.). Can't get it to respond and this just after about 5 or 6 charges. I just charged it last night and that's the last time I saw it light up. Don't know if the  LEDs went out because it was fully charged or because it died. I'm charging again as you mentioned to David. If not, I'll have to send it back.

Respectfully, I simply don't think that the staff that works the forums are being given that info. They may be a representative of the company but I have no doubt that they are probably only given info right before we hear about it.

Now if one of the engineers or upper management was on here...  now that's another story. But I think Autumn, Ed etc can only work with what info is provided to them.   Which yes, sucks for us with as long as we have been waiting.
