I had this drone already this making it the 3rd day of me having it & already I have an issues connecting to the drone with the remote control.  Long story short up until now the Mavic air will not connect to my controller nor does the link button respond when I click or hold it. I tied many other ways to link the controller to the Mavic but still got nothing. Just to make this fast

Mavic air looses signal around me
It lands harder than usual
Does not Return To Home when signal is lost
Link button behind the Mavic does not beep or work in this case

Right now my Mavic air has a solid yellow light & controller has a solid red on it (yes I tried linking process but Mavic does not want to respond)

Are all updates taken?

Yes all updates are done & downloaded successfully

Is the status light on RC turn green or keep blinking red when power on both RC and MA?

When I turn on the controller it flashes red then I turn the air on & after a few seconds the RC stays solid red

Are the connection cable to your phone or tablet working? I have had the same problem and when I pull on the cable, the connection are going.

Status light solid red indicate error. You should send both to DJI to check.

It’s the MA unable to connect with RC. Not RC connect to mobile device. So it’s not related to the cable.

It’s not the controller I know how to keep the antennas it’s the Mavic air no matter how long I hold the link button on the back it does nothing

I’ve got a problem with my mavic air. I can not connect my RC/Iphone to the Aircraft. The aircraft flashes in red-green-yellow colours and the front led ist permanently red. Is there any solution for those kinds of problems? Thx

Not sure if this is helpful, but I've noticed that my Mavic Air with have issues connecting to the controller and getting a GPS lock if they are close to each other.  I find I have better luck setting the copter down and walking 6-10ft. away before trying to connect.  

I just bought a MA and my drone does nothing when i turn on the battery. Only lights i get are the battery indicator lights. Drone doesnt move make noise. Need help please.
