Hi
I use a osmo+  for more than 5 months.Never got any problem.
Last weekend I had a black screen on my ANDROID galaxy s7.
Nothing worked.  I reinstalled the APP for more than 6 times.
I reinstalled the firmwire, and did the procedure to start the osmo+ again.

I staill got the same problem.  Tha APP opens.
i go to the osmo Page and i choose OSMO+
And than the weird thing is that i can only choose HOW TO CONNECT.
and than i see the tutorial for the wifi.

And this is the message i always get after deleting the APP.
The OSMO+ works with another device perfectly.
So I think that the app leaves some info in something like a register.

Can you pls help me?

but this doesn't solve my problem
Like i said before;  the OSMO+ is working fine with another phone.
It's just like the app is blokked or distorted on my SAMSUNG S7..
even after deleting and reinstalling.
So I think when deleting an app, it still leaves some info on the phone.
There must be a way of deleting everything. so that the software does not
return to the "how to connect" tutorial.

Or is there a second app I can try...

Thank you for the response. You may check on the settings on your phone to clear the cache or delete the folders of the DJI Go.

i did all that and got still this possibility whenn opening the app and going to the osmo+ page after new installation

I see. You may try to forget the wi-fi connection of the Osmo+ on your phone and reconnect it again. If that doesn't work, you may verify the android version of your phone.

the past days I tried everything...

even after reinstalling the app 15 times it's always the same result
even after resetting the osmo to it's factory settings.

eg  whenn instlling the app from a clean sheet, and opening it
the osmo+ page shows (even without wifi connection) the "how to connect "page

SO I want to ask you
can you give me a list of files and folders which i have to delete on my android
so that eerything from DJI is gone
and than try to reinstall????

like i said before

the osmo+  is working fine with anather phone

I think the app has a problem - bug

so i want to deinstall the app

SO I want to ask you
can you give me a list of files and folders which i have to delete on my android
so that everything from DJI is gone
and than try to reinstall??
