Hi,
Well pretty much as the title says really, however what the title doesn't say is that I'm being ignored by every email address I've sent my problem to. It has been a week now since I receieved my Phantom from DJI and to have the battery die after the 3rd charge inside a couple of hours is simply not acceptable. Couple that with the lack of after sales support and I'm seriously thinking twice about investing in any other DJI products.
Can someone help me sort this out?
